PACKAGING
Pac List is committed to providing high quality packaging to ensure that your orders arrive in perfect condition.
Working in partnership with local suppliers, we can offer you packaging tailored to your needs.
Packs of 1000 - STANDARD
The standard packaging for our pouches is a box of 1,000 pouches, taped with adhesive kraft paper.
Boxes of 500 for C4 format.
White labels, with customisable thermal printing, or in colour on request
Cardboard box can be printed on all 4 sides on request
Small packs - 100 or 250 units
Smaller pack sizes are also available on request :
- Cardboard boxes with either 250 or 100 units.
- Kraft paper bands, in packs of 250 or 100 units,
- Plastic bags with 250 or 100 units.
These smaller packs can also be supplied in outer boxes of 1,000 units, either 4 x 250 or 10 x 100.
Pallets
The quantity put on pallets depends on the format of the pouch and the range, but in most cases:
C4 = 36 000 units
C5 = 81,000 or 100,000 units
DL = 108,000 units
C6= 144 000 units
Pallets 80x120x~120 cm
EURO pallets on request
All our pallets have a fluorescent yellow label "DO NOT STACK" with instructions for checking the goods upon delivery and, if necessary, how to fill in the CMR in the event of transport damage.
Our pallets also have edge protectors at each corner to ensure maximum security for the goods during transport.
